Thailand – Following the unveiling of the best 100 hotels, restaurants, and bars across Asia on Day 1, attended by over 500 industry leaders, Tatler Asia continued the celebration of Asia's hospitality excellence on Day 2 of the Tatler Best of Asia event. Held at Dusit Thani Bangkok, Day 2 unveiled the prestigious Best in Class awards.
In partnership with Tumi, Dusit Thani Bangkok, Mastercard, The Macallan, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), and Jagota, the Tatler Best awards honour the pinnacle of excellence in Asia’s dynamic hospitality industry. These awards celebrate the year's most outstanding establishments across categories like Hotel of the Year, Restaurant of the Year and Bar of the Year.

Tatler Best award winners were selected by an esteemed voting jury of more than 400 experts which include Tatler dining and travel editors and members of the Asia-wide Tatler who were handpicked for their expertise in gastronomy and travel. The jury was led by three jury co-chairs: Tatler’s Chief Experience Officer Sean Fitzpatrick, Regional Head of Dining Andy Cheng and Jeremy Jauncey, founder & CEO of Beautiful Destinations.

Beyond the awards, Day 2 offered guests an enriching program of talks, masterclasses, and immersive brand experiences designed to foster industry knowledge, collaboration and creativity. With over 20 leading influencers from across the region in attendance, the event became a hub for innovation and engagement. Among the influential figures were Thai celebrities like Bright Vachirawit, Blue Pongtiwat Tangwancharoen, Krissada Sukosol Clapp, along with Anntonia Porsild who joined us in the celebration. One of Thailand’s most beloved musical artists, Violette Wautier, added to the celebratory spirit by performing four of her most popular songs.
Tatler Best Talks: Insights from Industry Leaders
Tatler Best Talks welcomed some of the most respected voices in the industry to explore emerging trends and pivotal topics in hospitality and luxury. Attendees enjoyed a deep dive into Thailand’s status as a global travel destination, discussed the significance of F&B concepts within hotels and gained content creation insights from Jeremy Jauncey in an exclusive masterclass. A key moment was a dialogue between Imran Amed and Jauncey on the convergence of fashion, luxury, and hospitality, offering attendees a forward-looking perspective on these intersecting worlds.

· Exclusive Dining Experiences: World-class creations were presented by Julien Royer (Odette, Singapore), Kai Ho & Vincent Thierry (Taïrroir, Taipei & Chef’s Table, Bangkok), and Ricardo Chaneton (Mono, Hong Kong), among others, featuring four-hand dinners, bespoke menus and collaborations with local culinary stars.
· Cocktail Bar Pop-Ups & Guest Shifts: A selection of the region’s best mixologists such as Antonio Lai (Quinary, Hong Kong), Dohyung ‘Demie’ Kim (Zest, Seoul), and Prantik Haldar (The Bombay Canteen, Mumbai), amongst others, showcased their unique takes on signature cocktails, offering interactive tastings.
Mastercard joined as the exclusive experience partner, offering guests exclusive access to reservations through Priceless.com, creating truly unforgettable hospitality experiences. Attendees got to enjoy immersive experiences by the exclusive Spirits Partner, The Macallan, exploring the aromas, notes and flavours of the Double Cask Collection. Led by expert hosts, guests learned the art of whisky-making and experienced the craftsmanship that defines this luxury whisky brand.

As the grand finale to the two-day celebration, the glamorous Best in Class Awards Gala Dinner brought together Asia’s most outstanding hospitality leaders in an unforgettable black-tie affair. The evening was filled with excitement and recognition, as the industry’s finest establishments were honoured for their exceptional contributions.
