Bangkok, Thailand | Global Green Chemicals (GGC) and the Arthit Ourairat Institution (AOI) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on education initiatives aimed at strengthening links between secondary education and industry.
The agreement establishes a framework for student engagement programmes that integrate academic learning with real-world industry exposure, reflecting a shared commitment to talent development, innovation, and sustainability.
Mr Kridasada Prasertsuko The Managing Director of GGC said, “The collaboration between GGC and AOI is aligned with the Company’s ESG framework, particularly the Social dimension, which aims to expand access to educational opportunities and support youth development. It also contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically in the area of Quality Education.
This collaboration reflects GGC’s role in contributing to social development through the tangible transfer of knowledge and industry experience to educational institutions. The Company expects that the activities under this partnership will provide students with greater understanding of the green chemical industry and inspire them to further develop their potential.”
Speaking at the signing, Dr Apiramon Ourairat, Chief Executive Officer of AOI, said, “Education must extend beyond the classroom. This collaboration reflects our belief that meaningful partnerships with industry play a vital role in preparing students for the realities of the modern world, while reinforcing values of responsibility, innovation, and sustainability.”
Through the collaboration, students will gain insight into professional environments and applied learning across areas aligned with business, innovation, and emerging technologies. Programmes will be supported by GGC subject-matter experts and delivered in accordance with the company’s safety and operational standards.
