OR advances organizational transformation, expanding OR ecosystem and laying the foundation for long-term growth

 


OR announced its 2025 operating results, reporting total sales and service revenue of 658,723 million baht, a decrease of 9.0% from the previous year. Meanwhile, EBITDA reached 20,357 million baht, increasing by 2,691 million baht or 15.2% year-on-year. The results reflect the Company’s resilience and adaptability amid challenges. OR continues to elevate its business model by strengthening the OR Ecosystem, aiming to connect businesses, partners, and consumers through both physical and digital platforms to establish a sustainable foundation for long-term growth.

 


M.L. Peekthong Thongyai, Chief Executive Officer of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR),
 stated that OR’s 2025 performance reflects the Company’s ability to drive the organization forward despite a challenging business environment. OR has maintained business stability while laying the groundwork for long-term growth under its vision, “Empowering All toward Inclusive Growth.” The Company has turned challenges into opportunities to review and enhance its operations, with a strong focus on efficient cost and expense management. As a result, in 2025 OR reported EBITDA of 20,357 million baht, an increase of 2,691 million baht or 15.2% from the previous year, and net profit of 11,304 million baht, rising by 3,654 million baht or 47.8% year-on-year. These results underscore the strength of OR’s business structure and its long-term sustainable growth potential.

 

One of OR’s key priorities for 2026 is to elevate its operations by strengthening the OR Ecosystem, which currently serves more than 3.9 million users per day. The goal is to seamlessly integrate business operations into people’s daily lives. In the Mobility segment, OR aims to expand its role beyond traditional energy retailing to become a platform that connects multiple lifestyle dimensions. Its nationwide service station network serves as the core platform linking OR’s various services, including PTT Station and EV Station PluZ. The Lifestyle business group plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the OR Ecosystem, particularly its food and beverage retail business, led by Café Amazon, which operates more than 4,600 outlets both domestically and internationally. OR is also expanding into the Health & Wellness segment to transform PTT Station from a conventional energy service provider into a comprehensive service hub that enhances quality of life and strengthens the OR Ecosystem to better meet diverse consumer needs. This strategy is expected to increase both customer visit frequency and dwell time, with a target to grow the average number of service station users from 3.9 million per day to 5 million per day by 2030.

 

Another key driver of the OR Ecosystem is the acceleration of its digital transformation. OR leverages the blueplus+ application as a bridge between its physical platform and digital ecosystem to enhance the customer experience, from understanding consumer behavior and offering personalized benefits and services to creating new business opportunities. Currently, blueplus+ has more than 9.3 million registered members, with a target to expand to 14 million members by 2030, strengthening OR’s ability to deliver superior customer experiences and deeper customer insights.

 

In addition, throughout 2025, OR remained steadfast in supporting society in all circumstances, particularly during challenging times such as flooding in northern and southern Thailand. OR provided assistance in various forms and supported relevant agencies in relief and recovery efforts - an important role that OR values as highly as its business operations.
