Thai Credit Bank Public Company Limited continues its commitment to empowering microentrepreneurs and community businesses under the concept of “Everyone Matters” and its Sustainability Banking strategy. The Bank recently organized the training program “Tang To Know-how: Unlocking Community Business Potential – Empowering OTOP Entrepreneurs for Success” to enhance business knowledge and strengthen the capabilities of OTOP entrepreneurs and community business operators in Nakhon Pathom Province, enabling them to adapt to changing market conditions and compete effectively in the digital economy.
The training program was held on 23 June 2026 at Thawarawadi 1 Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Mida Grande Hotel Dhavaravati Nakhon Pathom. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Samawit Suphanphai, Vice Governor of Nakhon Pathom Province, who delivered opening remarks and shared his vision on enhancing the competitiveness of community entrepreneurs and creating added value for local products and services. The event was also attended by Ms. Jittima Kongjaem, Director of the Community Development Promotion Group, Nakhon Pathom Provincial Community Development Office, Ms. Khemruthai Asavanon, Senior Vice President of Micro Economic Development Department and founder of the Tang To Know-how project, and Ms. Sarinya Punnoom, Head of Central Region 2 Microfinance Department at Thai Credit Bank, who all welcomed and met with the participating entrepreneurs.
Ms. Khemruthai Asavanon stated that Thai Credit Bank places great importance on providing entrepreneurs with access to essential business knowledge and practical tools for sustainable growth. Community entrepreneurs play a vital role in strengthening Thailand’s grassroots economy. Developing skills in business management, marketing, financial planning, and the effective use of technology can help entrepreneurs enhance their competitiveness and achieve long-term business success.
The Tang To Know-how project has been continuously implemented to promote business and financial literacy among entrepreneurs across Thailand. The program focuses on delivering practical knowledge that can be applied directly to business operations, including business planning, branding, product development, cost management, digital marketing, and the application of technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve operational efficiency.
This collaboration between Thai Credit Bank, government agencies, and local partners reflects a shared commitment to enhancing the capabilities of OTOP entrepreneurs and community businesses. By helping entrepreneurs expand their market opportunities, create greater value for their products, and achieve sustainable growth, the initiative contributes to strengthening community enterprises and supporting the long-term development of Thailand’s grassroots economy.
