April 9, 2026 – Thai Credit Bank Public Company Limited reaffirms its position under the “STANDBY SME” commitment, moving forward to strengthen financial support for Thai micro SMEs and SMEs to achieve sustainable growth. The Bank has launched a new Micro SME Business Center, a comprehensive hub providing advisory services and business enhancement support. The first four centers have been established in key economic provinces: Chiang Mai, Chon Buri, Khon Kaen, and Samut Sakhon.
Thai Credit Bank aims to expand its micro SME and SME loan portfolio to reach 200 billion baht within three years, while supporting government policy to enhance entrepreneurs’ access to formal financing. The official opening ceremony of Micro SME Business Center was held on April 9, 2026 in Chiang Mai, with Mr. Natus Kittawaranon, Senior Executive Vice President of Micro SME Business Group, and Mr. Kamolphu Phuredithsakul, Senior Executive Vice President of Micro Finance Business and Lending Branch Management Group, with other management and staff in attendance.
Mr. Roy Agustinus Gunara, Chief Executive Officer, Thai Credit Bank, said, “Over the past six years, Thai Credit micro SME and SME loan portfolios have shown strong and continuous growth. During 2020-2025, the new booking volume totalled over 220 billion baht, in which 50 billion baht of new booking volume took place in 2025. The loan balance recorded a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 21.8% during 2020–2025. Currently, Thai Credit micro SME and SME loan portfolios exceeds 123 billion baht and are aimed to reach 200 billion baht within three years.”

Fully committed to supporting credit facilities for entrepreneurs, in 2026 Thai Credit has promoted access to funding through the Thai Credit Guarantee Corporation’s ‘Quick Big Win’ programme, aligned with the government policy,” Mr. Roy said.
“In addition, to drive the continued growth in line with its core strategy, Thai Credit has launched Micro SME Business Center, which will serve as a network hub for providing micro SME and SME loan services. We believe that these centers will enable micro SME and SME entrepreneurs, who are the backbone of Thailand’s economy, to access funding more conveniently, creating positive ripple effects amid the ongoing economic slowdown, in line with Thai Credit’s philosophy, ‘Everyone Matters’,” Mr. Roy concluded.
Mr. Natus Kittawaranon, Senior Executive Vice President of Micro SME Business Group, Thai Credit Bank, said, “We have opened Micro SME Business Center in four provinces: Chiang Mai, Chon Buri, Khon Kaen, and Samut Sakhon, which are key economic areas across regions. In addition, we aim for these centers to be the landmark not just for giving out the loan, but also a true partner for entrepreneurs. The business centers will share knowledge through seminars and workshops to enhance modern business management skills, along with a team of expert Relationship Managers (RM) who provide in-depth financial advisory services to help analyse and come up with financial solutions tailored to specific needs and business types.”
