On 14 March 2025, Miss Busaba Maphobphan, Vice President, Human Resources Management, Corporate Management and Organization Development, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, accepted the Global Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award 2024 at the Global MIKE Award: KIMPACT Forum 2025, held at The Sukhothai Bangkok Hotel.
This marks the third consecutive year that Bangchak has received this prestigious accolade, reaffirming its global recognition for excellence in knowledge management and innovation in the energy industry. The award underscores Bangchak’s commitment to enhancing human capital, fostering a culture of internal knowledge sharing, and creating an environment where employees collaborate to drive innovation in work processes. These initiatives contribute to individual growth, enriched customer experiences, and the development of new business models in alignment with Bangchak’s core values of “i am bcp”.
The award selection was conducted by an international judging panel comprising 36 experts from 24 countries.
This year, Bangchak was among 18 distinguished organizations from eight countries, including Tata Chemicals (India), the Airport Authority (Hong Kong SAR), the Municipality and Planning Department of Ajman (United Arab Emirates), and BINUS University (Indonesia). Bangchak was also one of only three organizations from Thailand to receive the award in 2024.
The Global MIKE Award is a highly respected enterprise management recognition that has honored excellence for over 25 years. Organized by The Institute for Knowledge and Innovation Southeast Asia (IKI-SEA) and Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the award conducts global research, studies, and rankings to recognize organizations that successfully integrate Knowledge Management (KM) to drive product and service innovation. It highlights enterprises that have cultivated a thriving environment for effective knowledge and innovation management, setting benchmarks for sustainable business success.
