Rojukiss International Reports H1/2025 Revenue of THB 512.5 million and Net Profit of THB 59.3 million, with strong double digit sell out growth, Strengthening its No.1 Market Share in Face Masks Segment, continuing to launch big innovations like Rojukiss Micellar water, B12 skin barrier, wrapping mask and Appointed its Distributors for Vietnam and Laos with Commercial Shipments Expected in September/October upon FDA registration.
Mr. Corrado Giaquinto, Chief Executive Officer of Rojukiss International Public Company Limited (KISS) commented “I am pleased to maintain strong double digit sellout and continue to grow market shares both in Face Masks and Face moisturizers. Q2 financials reflect our strategy to reduce stock in trade to optimal level and free up cash flow. We ended the quarter slightly ahead of our budget and all key strategic initiatives are on track.” In the first half of 2025, the Company recorded total revenue of THB 512.5 million and a net profit attributable to the equity holders of the parent company of THB 59.3 million. Despite total invoice sales (sell-in) decrease YoY, Q2/2025 Retail sales to end consumers or Sell-out in Q2/2025 grew by 17.3% to THB 468.6 million, reflecting strong actual consumer demand and a positive market outlook. The Company also optimized its supply chain to be a new base for future growth.
This performance was also supported by strong contributions from key products, including Rojukiss Face Mask, Rojukiss Face-Eye-Neck, Rojukiss Reju PDRN, and Rojukiss Phyto-Retinol. In addition, the Company launched several new products, such as Pore Bright Cream SPF 50, Hydrogel Mask line extension, Wrapping Mask, and B12 Skin Barrier. Sales through the General Trade channel grew by 14%, while sales through the Cross-Border channel surged 2.7 times.
Rojukiss has continued to strengthen its position as a prominent market leader in the face mask segment, capturing the No.1 market share of 18.2% in Q2/2025, up from 13.7% in the same period last year. In the moisturizer category, Rojukiss also increased its market share to 5.3%, compared to 4.8% in the same quarter of the previous year — a growth rate five times faster than the overall market.
Regarding international market expansion, Rojukiss has appointed official distributors and establishing operational systems for the first international cluster—Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. These markets will be managed by an experienced sales manager based in Vietnam, with commercial shipments commence in September/October 2025, with the Company’s goal to increase the proportion of international revenue from 2% to 5% by the end of 2025, with a long-term target of achieving 20% of total revenue from international markets by 2030.
As a result, the Company expects to accelerate its revenue and profit growth significantly in the second half of the year, with projected the full year growth in the range of 7–12%. The key drivers are the near completion of retail inventory right sizing, increased innovation pace both on Rojukiss and Sis2Sis and the first results of its international expansion.
The Rojukiss brand remains the Company’s core growth driver, supported by its continuously expanding market share in key product categories. The Company remains committed to driving growth through the quarterly launch of clinically backed skincare innovations, the introduction of new equity advertising campaigns, and the upgrade of packaging designs.
