More than 40 business and innovation leaders join forces to ignite Thai enterprises with the power of Commerce – Technology – Innovation
Bangkok, September 22nd, 2026 – The International Institute for Trade and Development (Public Organization), under the supervision of the Ministry of Commerce, today launched the “Trade Exponential Fest 2026” (TEF 2026) at ICONSIAM Hall, 7th Floor, ICONSIAM, Bangkok. Held under the theme “Commerce, Technology, and Innovation for an Exponential Future,” the event is designed to empower Thai entrepreneurs, sharpen competitiveness, and unlock new opportunities in global markets. Highlights of TEF 2026 include knowledge-sharing sessions on business, technology, and innovation led by more than 40 distinguished business leaders and industry experts, alongside over 50 exhibition booths showcasing cutting-edge solutions. The program features two main stages: Stage A: Visionary & Strategy and Stage B: Applied Tech & Tools, offering insights and sustainable growth strategies through case studies from successful entrepreneurs both in Thailand and internationally. The event aims to inspire Thai businesses to adapt, innovate, and thrive in an increasingly complex global trade environment.
Mr. Supakit Charoenkul, Director of the International Institute for Trade and Development (Public Organization), explained the background and objectives of the event: “Today’s global economy is marked by volatility on multiple fronts; from geopolitical tensions and trade protectionism to currency fluctuations, rising logistics costs, and shifting consumer behavior that increasingly values digital transformation and sustainability. These factors pose significant challenges for Thai entrepreneurs in maintaining competitiveness and expanding into international markets. The ‘Trade Exponential Fest 2026’ (TEF 2026), held under the theme ‘Commerce, Technology, and Innovation for an Exponential Future,’ has been designed as a platform for Thai businesses to learn directly from the real-world experiences of global business leaders and industry experts. It offers strategic insights, exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and innovative solutions that will help unlock potential, strengthen resilience, and enable Thai enterprises to grow rapidly and sustainably amid the uncertainties of both domestic and global economies.”
At “Trade Exponential Fest 2026” (TEF 2026), highlights include knowledge-sharing sessions on business, technology, and innovation led by more than 40 prominent business leaders and industry experts across diverse sectors from export and brand building to supply chain management and the application of digital tools and innovation to create market differentiation. The event also features over 50 exhibition booths from leading organizations, showcasing technologies, tools, and solutions that can be practically applied to strengthen business operations. In addition, two main stages anchor the program: Stage A: Visionary & Strategy, which focuses on sustainable growth strategies through in-depth discussions and case studies from successful entrepreneurs both domestically and internationally, offering inspiration and strategic guidance for Thai businesses; and Stage B: Applied Tech & Tools, which emphasizes the practical application of advanced technologies and modern tools to enhance efficiency and competitiveness in global markets.
Mr. Chaphamon Chantarapongphan, Managing Director of Super Carbon X (SCX), shared his experience in building a sustainability-driven business amid today’s unpredictable global landscape: “Today, the business world is facing unprecedented challenges.
