WHART Announces Q4 Dividend of THB 0.1960 per Unit Bringing Full-Year DPU to THB 0.7735

 


Bangkok - Mr. Suppasit Sitthasate, Chief Executive Officer and REIT Manager, together with Ms. Athika Mahasuwan, Business Development and Investor Relation Manager of WHA Premium Growth Free Hold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (WHART), a leading industrial REIT under WHA Group, announced strong performance results for 2025. The trust reported net investment profit of THB 2,645.15 million and declared a dividend payment for Q4/2025, reinforcing its position as a REIT delivering consistent returns, with total DPU for the year reaching THB 0.7735 per unit. 

Profit Reflects Strong Fundamentals, Financial Costs Reduced by 4.33%

In 2025, WHART reported total rental and service income of THB 3,377.47 million, an increase of 1.55% year-on-year. The growth was primarily driven by a high average occupancy rate of 87.15%, which has gradually improved since 2024, as well as revenue recognition from newly invested assets with a 100% occupancy rate. At the same time, the trust effectively managed its financial costs, with finance expenses declining by 4.33% to THB 496 million, supported by timely refinancing and relatively low market interest rates. As a result, net investment profit increased to THB 2,645.15 million.

Reinforcing Dividend Stock Status, Payment Scheduled for March 20, 2026

Following its strong performance, WHART announced a dividend payment for Q4/2025 at THB 0.1960 per unit. The XD date was set for March 5, 2026, with the dividend payment scheduled for March 20, 2026. This brings the total dividend payout (DPU) for 2025 to THB 0.7735 per unit, maintaining consistency compared to the previous year.

Over 70% Lease Renewals, Portfolio Expanded to 1.9 million sq.m.

As of year-end 2025, WHART reported an occupancy rate of 87.15%. The trust achieved lease renewals of over 290,000 sq.m., representing more than 70% of total expiring lease area, reflecting strong confidence from key tenants such as DKSH, CRC Thai Watsadu, and Alibaba (Cainiao).

In addition, the trust expanded its asset portfolio through investments in four warehouse buildings located in the strategic location at WHA Mega Logistics Center Theparak Km.21, valued at THB 1,577.42 million, with a 100% occupancy rate. WHART currently holds a total of 37 projects, with a combined leasable area of 1,935,640 sq.m. and maintains its credit rating at A (Stable Outlook) from TRIS Rating.
