Mr. Akarin Prathuangsit (left), Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Prapon Chinudomsub (right), Chief Financial Officer of WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited (WHAUP), a leading utilities and power provider in Thailand, recently hosted the “WHAUP Analyst Meeting” at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai following the announcement of the company’s 2025 operating results.
For the year ended 2025, WHAUP reported total revenue and normalized share of profit of THB 4,153 million, and normalized net profit of THB 1,173 million, representing a 5% year-on-year increase. The company also announced a THB 2.9 billion investment budget for 2026 to support continued expansion in its water and power businesses.
For 2026, WHAUP targets total water sales and management volume of 170 million cubic meters, while aiming to increase its cumulative signed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) capacity to 1,124 megawatts (MW). Reinforcing its strong financial position, the company also announced an additional dividend payment of THB 0.1925 per share, with the XD date set for 28 April 2026 and the dividend payment date scheduled for 18 May 2026.
