Miss Jareeporn Jarukornsakul (Middle right) Chairman and Group CEO of WHA Corporation Pcl, Mr. Somkiat Masunthasuwun (Third right) Chief Executive Officer of WHA Utilities & Power Plc along with executives of WHA Utilities & Power Plc, Mr. Manit Panaim (Middle left) Governor of Metropolitan Waterworks Authority and Miss Chawewan Uthaipibool (Third left) Deputy Governor of Metropolitan Waterworks Authority along with executives of Metropolitan Waterworks Authority, recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on “Cooperation to study the possibility of establishing a subsidiary or forming a joint venture with MWA” Such as develop a master plan for the management of water supply system and/or other related projects. It aims to form a joint venture to take responsibility of water supply network in target areas, which is dubbed as the pilot project, before expanding to other areas in Thailand and overseas with the use of new innovations.
