Recently, Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman of the Board of Directors (center right), and Mr. Akarin Prathuangsit, Chief Executive Officer (center left), together with the Board of Directors and executives of WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited (“WHAUP”), attended the Company’s 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (E-AGM), held electronically at WHA Tower.
At the meeting, shareholders approved all proposed agenda items presented by the Board of Directors, including the approval of an additional dividend payment for the 2025 operating results at the rate of THB 0.1925 per share. This brings the total dividend payment for 2025 to THB 0.2525 per share, representing a total payout of THB 965.8 million. The Company will post the XD sign on 28 April 2026, with the dividend payment scheduled for 18 May 2026.
