Zurich, Switzerland, May 11, 2026 – DKSH’s Business Unit Performance Materials, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients, enters a partnership with Novaphene in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. DKSH will provide business development, marketing, sales, logistics, and distribution services for Novaphene’s portfolio of high-performance personal care ingredients. Through this partnership, DKSH will increase access to Novaphene’s advanced cosmetic solutions for formulators and manufacturers across the region.
The distribution agreement covers Novaphene’s entire range of personal care and cosmetic ingredients, including the registered trademarked Novaguard, Novapreserv, Novakare and Novasolve. These performance-driven and effective formulation solutions are designed to enhance product safety, efficacy, and performance.
